One effective way to mitigate the risk of such complications is through early mobilization. A lack of understanding among mothers regarding early mobilization may result in reluctance to engage in it, thereby impeding the wound healing process. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers post-cesarean operation concerning early mobilization at Banggai Regional General Hospital. This research employs a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, comprising a total of 44 participants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The statistical test utilized is the Spearman rank test. The study results indicate that 88.6% of post-cesarean mothers possess a good level of knowledge about early mobilization, and 93.2% demonstrate a positive attitude toward it. Data analysis reveals that there is a relationship between knowledge and maternal attitudes regarding early mobilization knowledge (0.000 < α = 0.05). Based on this study, the higher the level of mothers' knowledge about early mobilization, the more positive their attitude toward engaging in it, with the aim of accelerating the wound healing process after delivery.</div>2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://jurnal.stikesbanyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/WMJ/article/view/507Efektifitas Akupresur Titik BL 32 Dan Li 4 Terhadap Tingkat Nyeri Persalinan Kala I Fase Aktif Primigravida2024-12-13T05:12:55+00:00Sri Wahyuniyunivina207@gmail.comSetiawandari Setiawandarisetiawandari@unipasby.ac.idYuni Khoirul Warohyunikhoirulwaroh@unipasby.ac.id<p>Labor pain is a physiological process, but if not managed properly it can cause side effects of labor such as secondary arrest. Acupressure is a non-pharmacological therapy that is effective in reducing problems faced by mothers giving birth, especially primigravida. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure points BL 23 and Li 4 on the level of labor pain in the first stage of the active phase of primigravida. The type of research is quasi-experimental with a one group pre-test post-test design. The sample size was 39 mothers giving birth in the first stage of the active phase, taken by accidental sampling from the population of primigravida mothers giving birth in January-March 2024. Measurement of labor pain levels using the Numerical Ranting Scale. The results of the study showed that the average pre-test pain level was 7.23 with a maximum scale of 9, while the average post-test labor pain level was 2.79 with a maximum scale of 6. The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test results were ρ = 0.00, which means that acupressure points BL 32 and Li 4 have an effect on the level of labor pain, so it can be concluded that the acupressure method of points BL 32 and Li 4 is effective for the level of labor pain in the first active phase of primigravida. Suggestions for acupressure points BL 32 and Li 4 can be applied as a non-pharmacological method to reduce the level of labor pain in the first active phase in basic health services because it is easy, cheap and effective.</p>2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://jurnal.stikesbanyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/WMJ/article/view/491Edukasi Media Booklet Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Stunting: Penelitian Quasi Eksperimental2024-12-11T11:07:05+00:00Dini Damayantidinifitrid@gmail.comLindadinifitrid@gmail.com<p>The growth and development of children during the toddler stage are the foundation for their success in the future. Stunting is one of the indicators of suboptimal growth. Lack of knowledge about stunting is one of the factors influencing its high occurrence. This quasi-experimental study aims to determine the improvement in maternal knowledge about stunting before and after receiving education through a booklet. The study was conducted on 30 respondents, who were given the same questionnaire before and after the intervention, with a 3-hour gap after receiving education using the booklet. Data analysis followed a paired T-test. Based on the research results, it is evident that the majority of respondents are aged 20-35 years, with most being high school graduates and not employed. And the results of the analysis showed that there was an increase in maternal knowledge about stunting before being given booklet media education with an average 76.83% and after being given booklet media education with an average 81.83%, with a p-value of 0.000, indicating significance (p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an impact of the media booklet education on maternal knowledge about stunting. Providing education through booklets to mothers with young children is beneficial in preventing stunting. Booklets are an effective health education medium as they enhance maternal knowledge about stunting and are practical to carry and read anytime.</p>2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://jurnal.stikesbanyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/WMJ/article/view/480Hubungan Budaya Makan Dan Ekonomi dengan Kejadian Kekurangan Energi kronik (KEK) 2024-12-23T13:32:08+00:00Nurelilasari Siregarelila2103@gmail.comLola Pebrianthylolapebrianthy@gmail.comMurni Ariani Harefamurniariani23@gmail.comIta Arbaiyahita.arbaiyah88@gmail.comSarli Saragihsaragihsarli00@gmail.com<div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p style="margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria',serif;">Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women is influenced by various factors, including economic status and a culture of abstinence from food. Sexually transmitted infections have a significant impact on sexual and reproductive health. Adolescent groups fall into the high-risk category for sexually transmitted infections. Peer counseling has the potential to provide positive reinforcement, where one friend can act as a motivator for another. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of educational interventions by peers using modules on sexually transmitted infections in the prevention of sexually transmitted infections on adolescents' knowledge. This study employs a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test without a control group. The group was provided with educational training using a module on sexually transmitted infections that included: definitions, types, signs and symptoms, modes of transmission, prevention methods for sexually transmitted infections, and how to become a peer counselor. Interventions were conducted twice a week over a period of one week, with pre-tests and post-tests using the same questionnaire. The sample consisted of 42 individuals selected through simple random sampling. A normality test of the data was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, with bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results indicated that there was an effect of providing peer education using the sexually transmitted infections module on the knowledge of adolescents.</p>2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024
