Adolescent reproductive health is an important aspect of improving the quality of human resources. Limited knowledge among adolescents regarding reproductive health can lead to various problems, including risky behaviors, poor awareness of personal hygiene, and an increased risk of early marriage. This community service activity aimed to improve adolescents' knowledge of reproductive health through health education in Kayangan Hamlet, Labuhan Lombok Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency. The methods used included health counseling, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. A total of 30 adolescents participated in the program. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' knowledge after the intervention. Before the counseling, 66.6% of participants had poor knowledge and 33.3% had moderate knowledge. After the intervention, 83.3% of participants achieved a good level of knowledge, while 16.7% remained in the moderate category. These findings indicate that reproductive health education is effective in increasing adolescents' understanding of reproductive health issues. Therefore, reproductive health education programs should be implemented continuously as a promotive and preventive effort to improve adolescent health and well-being
