Plagiarism can occur in 2 forms: 1) authors intentionally copy other people's work and claim it as their own, or 2) authors copy their own previously published work either in whole or in part, without providing appropriate references or referred to "self-plagiarism" " or "duplicate publications".
When to check for plagiarism?
Every manuscript submitted to JUDIMAS will be checked for plagiarism after submission. If plagiarism is below 25%, the article will be forwarded to reviewers, if it is still above 25%, the editorial team will contact & clarify the author to paraphrase.
Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat (JUDIMAS) uses Turnitin Software to detect the existence of the same and similar text in the submitted manuscript.
