This tenth publication of the WOMB Midwifery Journal presents Volume 4 Number 2, December 2025, featuring six original articles authored by 17 contributors from seven midwifery and health education institutions across Indonesia. This edition reflects the growing diversity and depth of midwifery research in Indonesia, addressing key issues across the continuum of women’s health, from adolescence and pregnancy to childbirth, lactation, and menopause.

The articles in this volume explore a wide range of themes, including factors associated with anemia in pregnant women, the effect of soy milk consumption on hot flush symptoms in perimenopausal women, the application of relaxing prenatal yoga to reduce anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women using a qualitative approach, factors related to early colostrum feeding on the first day of birth, the impact of education and demonstration of breastfeeding techniques on lactation quality in mothers and infants, and the effectiveness of lemon aromatherapy in reducing dysmenorrhea pain intensity among adolescents. Together, these studies emphasize preventive care, non-pharmacological interventions, health education, and holistic approaches within midwifery practice.

Each article provides evidence-based findings that are relevant to clinical practice, community health services, and midwifery education. This issue highlights innovative and context-sensitive interventions that support maternal and women’s health across different life stages, reinforcing the role of midwives in delivering comprehensive, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care. Through this publication, WOMB Midwifery Journal continues its commitment to advancing scientific knowledge, strengthening midwifery practice, and contributing to improved health outcomes for women, mothers, and families in Indonesia.
